We offer a hands on approach to all of our properties allowing our landlords peace of mind, knowing their properties are safe, well maintained and that tenants are suitably vetted. We have access to a larger number of tenants based on our years of experience in both individual room and whole property lettings and we ensure house viewings are managed at a time we know is most convenient to existing and potential tenants.

We ensure all properties comply with all changing legislation and safety standards, along with licenses and planning including HMO and the new Selective Licencing here in Oxford. We are an accredited agent under the Oxford City Council scheme so we can help you achieve a five year HMO Licence or a Selective Licence at a discounted rate.

We can also assist landlords with any degree of renovations to their properties, including a design consultation with our team. This can be a great way to ensure any renovations to your property are going to give you the best return in terms of rental income.
