We offer both whole house properties or individual room rentals within a shared property.

Before your move in date, all of our properties or individual room rents are professionally cleaned before handover and independent inventories are agreed and managed at both move in and exit dates. Many of our properties include gardeners and weekly cleaning services to ensure communal spaces are well maintained.

We offer all tenants a direct messaging service to our directors instead of the usual email service provided by other estate agents, allowing tenants to raise any issues or concerns so that our team can find solutions quickly.
